A packer only holds if the casing is clean where it sets
Scale, cement sheath and debris at the setting depth keep rubber seals from sealing. The usual fixes cost a trip or leave the job to chance.

How the BIGMINI Cleans the Setting Depth
The well fluid does the work. No brushes, no extra trip.
Make it up below the host tool
The API threaded swivel connection screws into the bottom of your packer, retainer or plug. Top subs are cut to any thread you specify.
Run in hole
Well fluid pressures up below the tool, then is driven up through the body and out the jets in powerful streams onto the casing wall.
Work the setting depth
Reciprocate over the target interval. The blades scrape and the directional up-flush ports carry the debris away.
Set on clean steel, then drill out
The host tool sets on clean casing. Afterward the BIGMINI is 100% drillable with it, so nothing is left to fish.

Lookalikes are out there. Every genuine BIGMINI is laser-etched in our shop with these four marks, so you can check the tool on the rack before it goes in the hole.

Do I still need a separate scraper run?
No. It scrapes and jets the setting depth on the same trip that sets the host tool, which is where the rig time is saved.
How do I know it is a genuine BIGMINI?
Check the collar for the laser-etched D2 logo, the BIGMINI wordmark and a serial number. Send us the serial and we will confirm it.
Does it drill out with the host tool?
Yes. The BIGMINI is 100% drillable and disposable, so it mills out with the plug or retainer and leaves nothing to fish.
Does it run on coil tubing?
Yes. The 2-3/8 to 4 in sizes are built to coil tubing specifications.
